CCF organizes Christmas feast for the underprivileged

Crime Check Foundation (CCF) has rounded up its yearly charity activities with a feast in Accra for its beneficiaries far and near.

The dinner was characterized by CCF’s beneficiaries’ appreciation to donors for supporting them through the Foundation.

The beneficiaries were supported under the organizations’ projects’; the Charity, Village Charity, Health Check, and Educational Support series among others.

Participants at the party could not hide their joy as they expressed their excitement through their words of appreciation and dancing skills.

“My son went to a barber but came back with an infection that affected his brain. I could not afford his medical bills so I approached CCF for help. The Foundation did not let me down. They supported me and now my son is healthy. God bless CCF and the donors,” a beneficiary said.

Food and drinks were in abundance with accompaniments of gifts including wax prints, food items, and cash for participants.

It was an atmosphere of joy as gospel artiste Nhyiraba Nyamekye graced the occasion.

Other prominent individuals present were the Human Resource Manager of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, Kow Asare, and the Head of Customer Relations, MTN, Benjamin Gyakyie.

The Executive Director of Crime Check Foundation, Ibrahim Oppong Kwarteng encouraged the less privileged in society not to give up in life as he indicated that CCF is determined to promote their welfare.

“Many people did not see the end of 2022 but you are privileged to be alive despite the challenging moments. You should be grateful for your lives. There is still hope for better things ahead so do not be discouraged. We would do our part to continue to support you. I, therefore, urge you to be hopeful,” he cheered up the participants.

The event was held with support from donors at home and abroad. Since 2019, it is held each year with a focus to put smiles on the faces of the poor.
