CCF funds SHS education of needy triplets

Crime Check Foundation (CCF) has supported triplets to further their education.

The Foundation gave the Junior High School (JHS) graduates GHC 2000 to enable them to start their Senior High School (SHS) education without difficulty.

“This is an amount of GHC 2000 from donors to help you cater for your needs as you enter SHS,” Executive Director, CCF, Ibrahim Oppong Kwarteng said when he handed the cash to the mother of the boys.

Since they completed their JHS education, Zakaria Abeiru, Zakaria Fuseini, and Zakaria Alhassan could not afford items on their prospectus to continue their education to the secondary level.

Their father is deceased and their mother, Lariba Ayembisa is unemployed making life a struggle for them.

“My relatives have not been supportive since the death of my husband. The burden of the children lies solely on me. There is no help coming from any place,”

“I have been struggling to provide three square meals. I live in a single room with the children. I have not been able to renew the rent and the landlord wants to eject us from the room,” the widow said.

The family was grateful for the donation.

“We thank the donors for having us in mind to help us go to school. May God bless them.”

The donors whose contribution made the donation possible are Germany-based Success Ladies, Presbyterian Church of Ghana, South London District’s Women’s Fellowship, US-based Doris Gyasi, and Ewurama Attah.

The gesture was made under the CCF’s Educational Support Series aimed to secure the future of needy students.
